Whether the project calls for photographing the homebuilding process from the ground up or the finished project, Kogler works with home builders, interior designers and real estate professionals to present the houses at their best, from incredible outdoor shots showcasing the landscaping, decks and the interplay of light and shadows on a stylish exterior, to interior photos that show off the amenities that will help close the sale.

He uses special wide angle lens for home interiors, coupled with innovative lighting, to create warm and pleasing multi-room views. For home exteriors, he uses special architectural lens to give just the right perspective to homes. He has been contracted by many major homebuilders to conduct photo shoots on location at their various properties such as KB Homes, Lennar Homes, Americas First Home, Cambridge Homes, ICI Homes and Brentwood Homes.
